RACINE — A Racine man stands accused of attempting to destroy the paternalfather of their wife’s child 19 times following the suspect’s launch from jail. Prosecutors stated the shots fired incident occurred after having a conflict inside a Racine bar.

A unlawful complaint noted Hibbler’s history of beliefs and incarceration dating back into 2005. Prosecutors stated he had been released from jail on Aug. 13 — 19 times before this alleged shots fired event in Racine.
In accordance with the issue, around 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 1, authorities responded to numerous reports of shots fired near GRC Sport Lounge on Douglas Avenue near Hubbard Street.
